2nd week

Into the second week now and all going strong, I've had a couple of cheats, mainly deserts last week. So this week I'm trying to make sure I avoid them.

Its been 3 weeks for the no drinking rule and I feel pretty good about going the distance 13 weeks. Even though people keep offering me drinks and don't understand why I'm doing it.........Jon!!!!

This weeks challenge  is to break under the 95kg mark......apparently when on a weight loss journey your weight can go up and down a lot???

We will see, next Monday I'll weigh in and see....

day 3

Well the dirty dozen is up to a half dozen ATM so plenty of room for new members.

Yesterday was the weight session and man my arms and legs were feeling it afterwards.

I felt great the next day ready for a big cardio session.

I forgot to let you know my weigh in stats 95.3 kg! I shocked the weight off me when I saw 101 kg on my birthday, so almost six ks gone at this rate I'll be 40 kg after 12 weeks LOL .....

My goal weight is 89kg or less...so how long is it going to take to get another 6kg off? any bets!

Meet the Transformer Alex!

Day One

Well today was the first day of a a 12 week journey.....40 minutes of cardio (ran 20 bike 10 rowed 5 ran uphill for 5) WOW! only 2 of the dirt dozen showed up for the morning session I hope the other 10 come in sometime...

Alex has also got a great Personal Trainer deal to help you thru the 12 week and get to where you want to be.

I will bee posting some video today some time and photos


Come on guys, the mission is on!

Who's up for it?

I need 12 people who are up for a challenge, male or female.
12 weeks of fun and fat loss if that is possible, not the biggest loser but the biggest winner.

Alex (from max energy gym) has kindly offered his service to put together a 12 week plan, now all I need is the Dirty Dozen. If you are not a member he has a great 12 week deal for you.

Fit does not alway equal fat, some skinny people are really unfit.

SO lets do it, I'll be blogging the whole thing with pictures and video.

101 kg Time to get fit....

After recently having my 48th year on this planet I decided to do the worst thing possible on your birthday GET ON THE SCALES! At first I thought they must be faulty the needle span around, I'm sure twice if not 3 times then mockingly displayed 101kg!!!!! First time I have broke the 100 KG barrier (not a good record to break). So I decided to do something about it, get rid of fat and replace it with FIT...

This will be my 12 week Journey via a BLOG (I'm also a virgin blogger). Who should read this anyone who cares, I suppose but if your in the same boat as me and, thats anyone that can name an astronaut that has been to the moon, remember Batman with Adam West in it, or still has a record collection and thinks they have the body of Brad Pitt (who by the way is the same age). Then this is for you.

I will be tracking my weight loss progress with you plus tips from a personal trainer and some nice meals they will make you feel full.

I will post Photos and video along the way so tag along for the ride and see what happens!
