Day One

Well today was the first day of a a 12 week journey.....40 minutes of cardio (ran 20 bike 10 rowed 5 ran uphill for 5) WOW! only 2 of the dirt dozen showed up for the morning session I hope the other 10 come in sometime...

Alex has also got a great Personal Trainer deal to help you thru the 12 week and get to where you want to be.

I will bee posting some video today some time and photos


Come on guys, the mission is on!
