Into the second week now and all going strong, I've had a couple of cheats, mainly deserts last week. So this week I'm trying to make sure I avoid them.
Its been 3 weeks for the no drinking rule and I feel pretty good about going the distance 13 weeks. Even though people keep offering me drinks and don't understand why I'm doing it.........Jon!!!!
This weeks challenge is to break under the 95kg mark......apparently when on a weight loss journey your weight can go up and down a lot???
We will see, next Monday I'll weigh in and see....
